My friends, welcome to Friday and what promises to be a very fine late fall weekend indeed. Perhaps you’ve been on the hunt for the best men’s Christmas gift ideas (for your father, your in-law, your uncle, your brother… you name it) since earlier this month, but if not, now is as good a time to kick off that shopping as any.

Of course, you likely don’t need me to tell you that, but what you might need a brief on is where to find the best Christmas gifts for men.

Now, if read the blog on the regular, stop me if this sounds familiar: The great folks over at Huckberry are stocking and selling some of the coolest gifts for guys, across a vast array of categories and price points.

Be it gifts over $500 or sub-$50 gifts, classically rugged pieces for the home, the most stylish menswear or tough EDC gear — to name but a small smattering of available gifts for men at Huckberry — the retailer is one of the finest places to shop for anyone who seems hard to buy for (including yourself).

Again, I’d wager that you knew that, but I’m especially loving classics like the Flint and Tinder Waxed Trucker Jacket, and they even have sections for those who are impossible to shop for, along with gifts for her. How great is that? Think of it like your one-stop shop this holiday season, and consider that an understatement.

As for me, I’ll be getting some holiday shopping of my own done this weekend, especially now that I’ve arrived back home with family in Florida (follow along with the fun on Instagram!). These next several days (through Thanksgiving!) promise plenty of rest, relaxation, great local craft beer and of course, plentiful writing on the best menswear and gear for guys.

And naturally, rest and relaxation is certainly in order after the bustling week I’ve had. If you’ve kept up with my other freelance writing pursuits for sites like Maxim, Men’s Journal and Gear Patrol (to name but a few), then you know I also dabble in the world of spirits, covering luxury Scotch, ultra-premium rye whiskey and fine bourbon across the board. Those pursuits took me to the one and only Old Forester and its iconic Urban Distillery on famed Whiskey Row in Louisville these past few days.

Hopefully, those pursuits are of interest in your neck of the woods, as nothing goes better together (in my opinion) than classically rugged menswear — like the Flint and Tinder Waxed Trucker Jacket — plus exploring a new city and sipping excellent whiskey all the while (be it in a fine whiskey bar or taking a quick nip from a flask on a day hike).

I’ll have much more to come on the reason for the trip (the release of Old Forester’s 150th anniversary whiskey), so stay tuned in the days ahead.
