It’s getting harder and harder with each passing season to find true craftsmanship at the highest levels of menswear done right here in America. At least, it seems that way at times, but if you look closely, some of the best menswear brands are committed to USA-made menswear for exceptional quality and stylish results (an understatement, no doubt). And when I shop for wardrobe upgrades, I keep that in mind. That’s why, in my experience, a company like American Trench is so impressive.

Founded with the goal of making the best raincoat right here in the United States in the late 2000s, the company has branched out by leaps and bounds (they also make some of my favorite USA-made socks), and the roster gets more impressive the deeper you go.
