The Sunday Sale: You’ve Got One Day Left to Shop the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale in 2026

Can you ever have too much of a good thing? Perhaps (here’s lookin’ at you, Bell’s Two Hearted), but in some cases, certainly not — not when it comes to making careful choices about the best men’s gear for your spring and summer style rotation. And as we round the corner past May and look ahead past Memorial Day weekend, it’s worth noting you’ve got one last gasp — this weekend, at least — to shop the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale.

One of the best online menswear shops delivers the goods for guys, and it’s all on full display via the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale.

That goes for a bit of everything, from swimwear to stylish leather loafers, everyday carry gear, the best men’s sunglasses, breezy knit polos and the best weekender bags to haul everything from point A to point B (and beyond). The savings for the next two days total 20 percent off sitewide, not a bad deal if you need a fresh pair of chino shorts, a stylish set of swim trunks or a lightweight Proof Merino Polo Shirt.

Plus, top-notch brands like Taylor Stitch are yours for the taking via the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale, and essential summer footwear like easygoing leather loafers from Huckberry brand LUCA are also marked down this fine holiday weekend. Of course, gear from Flint and Tinder and other Huckberry brands like Proof also receives a solid holiday weekend discount.

A selection of classic graphic and striped tees, the essential Flint and Tinder Selvedge Denim Trucker Jacket, chukka boots, Chelsea boots, ballcaps and plenty, plenty more selections also get prime markdowns — there’s no telling what you might find within the well-stocked yet quick-selling confines of the near-essential Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale.

Go forth, restock your everyday carry, grab a new pair of shades, brush up on summer style with a new French Terry polo, and savor the savings while they last via the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale — what you find now just might carry you through the rest of the season at hand. .

Style Pick of the Week: Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks – A Perfect Pair of Swim Trunks Here In Time For Summer

Best swim trunks for men to wear now.

My friends, welcome to Memorial Day weekend as we gear up in proper fashion (with functionality in mind!) for the start of a summer that’s rapidly heating up. Fear not, though: There’s still ample time to stock up on the best men’s style essentials for summer, and there are a few keys to keep in mind as you build out your perfect summer #OOTD.

And yes, while the basics might be quite simple for summer — a well-made T-shirt, some of the best men’s sunglasses, breezy sandals or loafers and of course, a pair of the best swim trunks — it’s more important than ever that quality remains a focus. Of course, as you scour the pages of this blog on the regular, you know it’s more doable than ever, thanks to the good folks at Huckberry.

The retailer looks to the classics for rugged appeal and timeless style (like the chambray shirt or the chino short), and that includes its summer-friendly lineup designed by Flint and Tinder. The collection draws from old-school looks made for hours at the beach or by the pool, or perhaps at the cabana bar or on the water — from trucker hats to hybrid shorts, if you can dream it up, Huckberry’s got it covered (but you certainly already knew that, right?).

While I’d wager you’ve got a selection of Flint and Tinder waxed jackets in your rotation for the colder months, don’t sleep on the laidback style delivered by the Flint and Tinder Spring/Summer 2026 Collection — from easygoing knit polos to stretch chino shorts and the Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks, it’s arguably never been easier to pack for your next summer getaway or to hit the beach without too much fuss.

And if you got caught a bit flat-footed in scoring a new pair of swim trunks ahead of the season at hand, take good care in knowing there are still stylish swim trunks aplenty for the taking at Huckberry, the Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks included. In a nod to 1960s and ’70s swim trunks, these feature a shorter 6-inch inseam and a 100 percent nylon build for quick-drying capability.

A power stretch mesh liner offers support within these stylish swim trunks, which also come in a helpful array of eye-catching colors and patterns both classic and more, well eye-catching (look for the Beach Print or the Olive Cowboy Print).

The adjustable drawcord elastic waistband ensures both a secure fit and comfort (unlike, say, boardshorts, which boast a wider waistband often sans elastic), while the Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks also feature an internal bungee cord front pocket to secure your keys and your everyday carry.

Huckberry notes the quick-drying fabric and shorter cut of the Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks provides versatility and laidback summer looks off the trail, and performance on the trail as you hike on out to your favorite watering hole.

As so often tends to be the case with Huckberry, the Flint and Tinder Basin Swim Trunks hit all the right notes for performance-minded utility and classic summer style, and then some — opportunity calls out as you secure your new favorite pair of summer swim trunks.

The Sunday Sale: Save 50 Percent On Stylish Sunglasses at The Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale

Best men's sunglasses for summer.

I don’t know about you, but when I stumble across the best menswear deals, I’m awfully tempted to take advantage of that deal right this very second (especially on a holiday weekend). That’s certainly the case with the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale, which is nearing its conclusion — but still offering some outstanding savings on the best menswear essentials in the meantime. And there are certainly plenty of deals to be had, but one caught my eye in particular.

That’d be the chance to save 50 percent on the Walden Eyewear Pinion Sunglasses, which were dreamed up and designed by the Huckberry team. They’ve been selling like hotcakes, so to speak, ever since Walden Eyewear debuted last fall, and this deal through the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale knocks the already agreeable price of $124 down even further (to $62, precisely).

Most stylish men's sunglasses to shop now.

That’s quite the deal, no? Of course, the sale selection itself is too good to pass up, but it’s those Walden Eyewear shades that I find particularly impressive. The brand was designed with military inspiration and classic style in mind, and the Walden Eyewear Pinion Sunglasses were modeled after pilot’s shades for an added touch of rugged durability and tough style.

Huckberry Memorial Day Sale 2023.

They boast mineral glass ‘G15’ sun lenses and acetate temple tips for a comfortable, no-slip fit, and the frames are made with recycled steel and bio acetate for a sustainable touch. It’s worth keeping top of mind that you’re getting all of this (plus the assurance of shopping with Huckberry!) for an outstanding 50 percent off.

Go forth, close out your long weekend the right way, and score a pair of the Walden Eyewear Pinion Sunglasses for a standout deal through the Huckberry Memorial Day Weekend Sale. Happy shopping, my friends!

The Friday Read: Heading to the Indianapolis 500 with Tag Heuer

Well, my friends. Here we are. We sit on the cusp of Memorial Day weekend, always an absolute blast in my book — that is, if it’s filled with sunny weather, cold beer, great times with family and friends, and a healthy dose of the best menswear deals. News flash: The weekend is indeed filled with those things in bountiful quantities, along with some time to rest up and reflect on the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes.

For me, it even means a little something extra — although I of course wholeheartedly recommend you shop the Huckberry Memorial Day Sale, among many others. to kickstart your Friday. But for now, to the next order of business.

As part of my many freelance writing pursuits, which have taken me everywhere from Las Vegas to Morocco to the Kentucky Derby, I’m attending another spectacle that has to be seen to be believed. Starting today, I’ll be at the Indianapolis 500 with none other than Tag Heuer, the Official Timekeeper of the Indy 500 — arguably the most famous auto race in the country. It’s part of my work covering the watch industry for Maxim.com, and it’ll be my first Indy Car race.

Make no mistake, I’m undeniably grateful for the opportunity! For posterity, Tag Heuer recently released the official Tag Heuer x Indy 500 watch to commemorate the occasion, and it’s a timepiece that expertly blends form and function. Naturally, you can expect much more on that watch from yours truly following this weekend.

Tag Heuer x Indy 500 2023

As to the race itself, it’s certainly a bucket list item as far as the world’s biggest sporting events are concerned — that’s no doubt an understatement, right? And when the chips are down (and the clock’s ticking), well, I certainly can count on a Tag Heuer timepiece to keep me moving forward at the proper pace (particularly as freelance deadlines are concerned).

What do your Memorial Day weekend plans entail? As I mentioned above, I hope some time off is in store, along with a few cold beverages of choice and some much-needed time with family and friends. You know the watch to keep you moving forward, right? Yes indeed, Tag Heuer certainly gets my vote this weekend.

To keep up with all the fun, head over to my Instagram (and tune into the 2023 Indy 500 on Sunday!). In the meantime, we’ll be here with our regular duo of weekend posts, starting with tomorrow’s Style Pick of the Week. And until next time, stay safe, stay stylish and thanks as always for reading!

The Thursday Buy: Shop The Huckberry Memorial Day Sale to Save Big on Rugged Menswear

Huckberry Memorial Day Sale.

If I’ve learned one thing over the years, it’s that there’s no time quite like the present to shop and save on the best rugged menswear, especially when some of the best menswear deals roll into town to kickstart a long weekend. Memorial Day weekend beckons, as does the promise of a cold beer and some much-needed downtime, but first and foremost, you’ve got to take care of a few things.

Notably, you need to shop the Huckberry Memorial Day Sale. It’s just that simple. As you can see at the top of the page, the rugged, endlessly versatile retailer is offering up to 30 percent off, and it’s also worth checking out the always well-stocked Huckberry Sale section beyond that deal itself. So, what exactly is up for grabs at the famed retailer? There’s plenty, and that’s an understatement.

There’s a selection of Huckberry sunglasses, there are polos and camp collar shirts and shorts aplenty, there are stylish slip-ons… the list goes on and on, indeed. As I always say, these deals tend to go quickly, and the Huckberry Memorial Day Sale is certainly one you can’t miss. If you end up picking up a new favorite piece of menswear or gear, be sure to let me know in the comments. Cheers to this long weekend, and let’s get into it, in style.

The Friday Read: The Huckberry Memorial Day Sale, The Best Everyday Carry Picks & The Best Summer Sunglasses

Folks, can you believe it’s already here?? I’m talking, of course, about Memorial Day weekend, the unofficial start of summer and the chance to stock up — naturally — on the best summer menswear. Now, we’ve covered plenty of seasonal style staples as of late on the blog, including the best casual T-shirt and the best new summer shorts from Huckberry, but now’s your chance to really make these picks work for you. How so? Well, the Huckberry Memorial Day Sale is well underway, with the chance to take up to 35 percent off the best summer menswear across the board — this is one sale you’re not going to want to miss out on.

So, that’s my one recommendation to get your weekend rolling the right way — of course, I’ve got other style reads for your perusal below. And as for me, I’ll be enjoying the long holiday weekend right here in Brooklyn after several weeks of media trips (and one bachelor party!), which you’re well aware of if you follow me on Instagram. How do you plan to spend your weekend? Here’s to taking some time off, taking the time to honor our nation’s heroes and taking the time to shop some stylish menswear and sip some cold beer. Cheers and thanks for reading!

Best everyday carry essentials
  • What exactly makes up a great everyday carry? You know, those items you simply can’t leave the house without on the daily, be it your trusty pen, a notebook, a watch or your favorite pair of sunglasses? Over at SPY, I took a deep dive into the best EDC essentials to ensure you’re never without the right tools you need to take on your day-to-day adventures.
  • Despite my travels, I’ve been staying plenty busy on the writing front, all in the name of ensuring you gear up the right way for summer. With that lofty aim in mind, I wrote all about the coolest sunglasses for summer over at Maxim, and I got to shout out some of my favorite brands.
  • Here’s one more sale deal to get you primed and ready for the weekend. Just earlier this week on the blog, I wrote about the chance to save 30 percent on a standout Timex x Todd Snyder watch, the kind you can wear from sunrise to sunset and beyond this season. Shop accordingly, my friends.

That’ll do it for today’s edition of the Friday Read. I hope this weekend, you get some time off, you get a chance to reflect and rest, and of course, I hope you get ample opportunity to shop and save on the best summer menswear across the board. As always, thanks for reading!

The Friday Read: Memorial Day Weekend Sales, A Craft Beer Discount & How to Wear Chukka Boots

Crack open a cold one from Threes Brewing, like the beers shown above (more on that in a second!) and join me in starting off the summer right. Thanks for being here for another Friday Read, as we roll into Memorial Day weekend and kick off the season ahead with plenty of the best gear picks and Memorial Day sales. Hopefully, you’ve been following my sage advice on the blog, be it the best way to wear chukka boots for summer, or else, the best summer menswear to shop at Taylor Stitch. What’s a great summer without the best gear for all of your off-trail, on-trail, in-water or on-land adventures, right? Yes, yes indeed. Of course, all of that adventure makes a guy thirsty, does it not? And it’s with that in mind that I’ll share one of the Memorial Day deals I’m most excited about.

You should head over to Brooklyn’s Threes Brewing, one of my favorite breweries on the planet, and use the code BEAU10 to get 10 percent off your first order of $50 or more from Threes Brewing. That includes only beer, not merch or food, for NYC delivery, brewery pick-up/to-go, or shipping to more than 20 states — what an excellent way to stock your fridge with crisp, flavorful lagers, delicious IPAs and so much more.

Again, that code is BEAU10 for 10 percent off, and it’ll have that beer fridge or cooler stocked quite well for the weekend and season ahead. Cheers to Memorial Day weekend — I hope you’re able to enjoy some time off with family and friends. I know I’ll be looking forward to snagging some cold beers myself at Threes Brewing.

Of course, I’ll be taking care of some writing for Jacob Graye and plenty of other sites, too. Be sure to give my byline at Jacob Graye a read there for all things men’s gear, footwear and more. Cheers, my friends!

5 of the best Menswear Brands on Huckberry | The Coolector

Quiksilver boardshorts for men

  • In need of some new summer swim trunks to round out your gear rotation? I’ve recently got my hands on some Quiksilver men’s board shorts, with a dependable, classic cut and full functionality top of mind. To say I’m looking forward to wearing them when I return to Florida later this summer is an understatement, and if I can find a way to break them out before then, consider me sold on my new favorite swim trunks.

Satchel and Page

  • Here’s one more item to consider heading into the weekend. While I would hope you’re using your BEAU10 discount code to get a discount on Threes Brewing beer, a well-stocked bar cart calls for a little something extra on a long weekend. Head to Maxim.com, then, to read about (and purchase!) the new Southern Comfort Americana bottle for this weekend and beyond. Cheers, my friends.

I hope you’re stocked up and ready, in spirit at least, for a stellar, relaxing Memorial Day weekend filled with plenty of Threes Brewing, shopping for stellar deals from Topo Designs, the the Huckberry Sale section, Jack Wolfskin and much more. One last thought: If you need an #OOTD idea for the weekend ahead, be sure to check out my guide on how to wear a short-sleeve shirt for summer. Cheers to the season ahead, and thanks for reading!

The Friday Read: Memorial Day Weekend, The Best Summer Shirt & Craft Beer Delivery

A classic adventure shirt you can wear all through summer, starting today.

Thanks for joining us again for another Friday Read.  We’re on the cusp of Memorial Day weekend, so welcome. Although it looks mighty different than years past, I hope you find ways to celebrate with family and friends (socially distanced, of course). What’s on your plate (besides shopping for summer style essentials)? Maybe you’ll be spending some time outside with family or heading out on a hike? Or perhaps, you’re just focused on making the perfect summer meal and enjoying a classic summer beer? At any rate, I’d bet that the excellent Western Rise Limitless Merino Shirt (as seen above — it’s one of the best shirts for summer I’ve tried) is going to get where you need to go.

When we return from Memorial Day weekend, it also happens to be one of the best shirts to wear to work from home, what with its 4-way stretch and use of merino wool and polyester. A performance Oxford shirt you can wear all day? Sign me up. In fact, there’s a very good chance I’ll be wearing some of my own Western Rise gear to get out and about as much as possible in Brooklyn — the quiet confines of Marine Park near my humble abode sound pretty ideal right now (I’ll be wearing a camo mask from Ball and Buck, as it were). I’ll also be fueling my day with plenty of coffee, and I’m naturally going to make some time to listen to a vinyl record or three (if you happen to be a vinyl guy yourself, you might want to check out one of the best record players). In the meantime, start your weekend right here, right now — today’s Friday Read is packed.

Just one pick from one of the best Memorial Day sales around.

A neat play on the San Fran flag by Anchor Brewing and artist Jeremy Fish.

  • Speaking of San Francisco, lauded & pioneering craft brewer Anchor Brewing is doing plenty to help the local community during these trying times (in addition to brewing some incredibly delicious beer). The brewery partnered with artist Jeremy Fish to refresh the exteriors of boarded up-bars and restaurants across the city with special artwork — putting a modern twist on the SF flag — as part of the Stay Strong SF campaign. Even more critically, every poster has a QR code that directs you to donate to the United States Bartenders Guild.  Even cooler?  The posters are available to download for free at www.AnchorBeerToGo.com — while there, you can also purchase a T-shirt (which will donate 100 percent of the proceeds to the USBG). And if you live in the area, you can get your favorite craft beer via curbside pick-up on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Sounds great to me, right? (Speaking of craft beer, shop for your favorite growler while we’re on the subject).

  • Want to shake up your weekend while giving back to a good cause? Check out Schick Xtreme’s Shave The Day mobile video gaming, where you can play as XtremeMan to shave people’s heads (a fitting quarantine haircut!) to earn Bald Bucks — those Bald Bucks are being turned into real dollars that Schick will donate to St. Baldrick’s Foundation (up to $25,000) to assist with fighting childhood cancer. Hey, you’ve got the extra time this weekend, so you might as well turn your energy toward a great cause.

Alright, that’s going to do it for today’s edition of The Friday Read. But one last thing for you — given that it’s a long weekend, with plenty of potential for lots of laidback relaxation, I’m going to point you toward my guide on how to wear a T-shirt this summer. Seriously: A T-shirt is so much more than just a T-shirt when you rock it the right way. OK, folks. That’s all I’ve got today. Have a great and safe long weekend, be sure to check out tomorrow’s Style Pick of the Week, and thanks — as always — for reading.

See Now, Buy Now: Get Ready for the Weekend with This Todd Snyder Utility Shirt

A rock-solid shirt from an award-winning menswear designer.

Now, Memorial Day weekend is nearly here, so let’s dive right in with what could become one of your new favorite summer shirts, shall we? This is our second See Now, Buy Now feature in two days, and I assure you: It’s a good one. Todd Snyder, the lauded NYC menswear designer and a longtime friend of the blog, is once again here to upgrade your seasonal wardobe with one of summer’s best shirts, so you’d do well to hop on this style before the season kicks off in earnest. Even if that shirt isn’t up your alley, you should certainly consider shopping the Todd Snyder sale that’s running this weekend for Memorial Day (up to 30 percent off!). Back to business, though.
OLIVERS

If your neck of the woods is anything like mine, you know that times are quite different out there — to say the least. But for relaxing summer days at home or on a socially distanced coffee run or on the lake (again, stay socially distanced), you need a Todd Snyder shirt to get you from point A to point B. The very definition of casual luxury, the Todd Snyder Utility Shirt manages to be both rugged and refined — would you expect anything else from a menswear designer who just knows what guys want (and need)? Certainly not. This rugged utility shirt is going to be an easy go-to to throw on with everything from slim light wash denim to chino shorts — starting this weekend. What makes it so essential? I’m glad you asked.

SHOP: The Todd Snyder Utility Shirt

Also available in a cool, essential Slate colorway.

When it comes to Memorial Day weekend style essentials, you’ve got plenty to worry about (even if your plans are different this year) — you should have the best cuts of meat to grill, some cold beer, and again … a stylish summer shirt. Crucially, this classic short-sleeve shirt checks all the right boxes, starting with the use of 100 percent Italian cotton (Albiate), to be specific), not to mention the sort of functionality you get from two front-patch pockets. Consider the Todd Snyder Utility Shirt a breezy top layer to throw on over a classic white tee or pair on its own — in any of the three colorways. Then, add slim navy chino shorts and your favorite canvas sneakers, or else step into laidback olive chinos and add casual suede chukka boots. Either look works for hours hanging out at home, playing tunes on that stylish Bluetooth speaker and hanging with the family. Whatever you end up doing this weekend (or on future summer weekends), I’d say it’ll be made better by the Todd Snyder Utility Shirt. Cheers, my friends.

The Friday Read: The Strokes, OluKai Sneakers & Memorial Day Weekend

The dependable sneakers to wear all summer long.

Looking to get acquainted with perhaps the perfect pair of summer sneakers? A pair that’s going to outfit you for anything and everything you need, from outdoor grilling to early morning training? It is Memorial Day weekend, after all. In that vein, turn toward the OluKia ‘Inana Sneakers (as seen above) this weekend — they’re some of the best new sneakers to throw on your feet. Now that you’ve got your stylish sneakers sorted out for the weekend, let’s turn toward the matter at hand — as we mentioned, it’s Memorial Day weekend! This long weekend marks the official (unofficial?) start of summer, plus a great opportunity to head to the beach or pool, open up your cabin for the season, and naturally … shop some of the best summer style essentials around. My travels won’t quite be taking me to a lake, though.

A legendary band returns to the U.K. for the first time in four years this weekend.

I’m actually heading across the pond yet again this year to take in the newly icnonic All Points East Festival, headlined by none other than world-famous rockers The Strokes! My last trip overseas took me to chilly Dublin, but I expect a warm London weekend brought in by an iconic rock band this time around. The Strokes were a seminal band for me during college and beyond, and it didn’t hurt that they defined the sound of the early-’00s NYC rock revival! It’s fitting that they’re joined at this festival by none other than post-punk rock champions Interpol (another favorite!) and … *cue the applause* Jack White’s The Raconteurs! It’s an action-packed lineup for one heck of a great price at All Points East, and the perfect chance for me to explore London (and particularly the cool Shoreditch neighborhood near the festival) for a few days. Care to follow along? Head to my Instagram or my Twitter to check out all the action. Maybe throw on some tunes by The Strokes as you do. Now, that’s all I’ve got today — I’ve got a flight to catch!

  • If ever you peruse the pages of this blog, or the pages of one of my other favorite sites (GearMoose!), you might know I love recommending a stylish polo for summer. In that same vein, I wrote about the Wellen Hemp Polo, a sustainable and well-made menswear essential that’s going to keep you cool, yet sharp, as the thermostat climbs.
  • Every week, we (and by we, I mean me) try to tell you about the men’s basics that aren’t so, well, basic. On that front, I can’t recommend the Taylor Stitch Heavy Bag Tee enough — I wrote about it recently here on the blog, and it’s surely worth your time if you want a dependable summer T-shirt that gets the job done.
  • Style and toughness is the name of the game when it comes to the best men’s dive watches — wouldn’t you agree? It’s with that approachable aim in mind that I wrote about my favorites for my friends at The Manual.  Taking on summer just got a whole lot more stylish.

So with that, it’s time to wrap up today’s edition of The Friday Read — before you head out for Memorial Day weekend, I’d advise you to check out my #OOTD (quickly!) on the best travel gear to wear for spring and summer. You won’t regret it. Until tomorrow’s Style Pick of the Week, cheers!
